We were so lucky to find Rod. We were purchasers from out of state and weren't able to view the properties we were looking at. Rod was our eyes and ears on the ground and supported us every step of the way. His expertise and knowledge were invaluable and because of him, we were able to avoid a few homes that had hidden costs we would have missed and landed on our dream home. He communicated clearly, helped us feel at ease, and went above and beyond every step of the way. Curtis was so great throughout the whole process of buying a home. From the beginning of the process, he was there for me every step of the way. I wasn't going to be buying a super high-priced house, but that didn't matter to him. He treated me the same way I would think he would treat a client who is buying a million dollar home. He made trips out to homes for me since I was in another state, he always kept communication open and I always felt comfortable asking questions at any time. He was honest and gave me his true opinions of homes and didn't try to push me to buy quickly or anything. I felt that he genuinely wanted to get me into the right house and make sure it was the right fit for me. Curtis definitely goes above and beyond and I feel that i got very lucky to have him as my agent.

Jon helped my family and I relocate from Texas to Michigan. He was patient and kind throughout the whole experience. I was not able to get to Michigan as much as I wanted during the home buying experience; however, it didn't matter because Jon provided me with all the information around Grand Rapids school, neighborhoods, events, and everything else in between so I could feel confident looking online.
