Very professional, friendly service
We were moving from 300 miles away, we relied on Jodi to find a house that fit our needs without us having to take several trips, she did video tours and phone calls and one in person visit, to find our home.

You should work with Sarah!
Sarah is so personable and easy to work with. She is responsive, thoroughly answering any and all questions we had, helped us submit offers in a pinch (which was so valuable with how quickly things have been moving in this market), and is extremely knowledgeable. Sarah helped make our first home-buying experience smooth and enjoyable.

Newaygo ,Vacant lot.
Been very satisfied with our recent experience with Re/ MAX. With Jody's assistance with our purchase it went very smooth as well as the builder that she recommended .Justin, was a blessing he was very helpful he drove to the property just to help and find the stakes to show me exactly where the property line. Also within a week perk test was completed and passed. I will not hesitate to consider Jody Bernhardt Schwalm, as our real estate agent in the future .

SOLD FAST
We hired Brenda because of her knowledge of the lake we live on. She was very prompt with hiring a professional photographer and getting the home on the market quickly. She stated it would probably take 2 weeks for an offer to come in. Just under 2 weeks it was pending. The closing was Very easy and fast transaction.

Jon was very helpful throughout the process of relocating. I never had to sell and buy before, but he helped every step of the way. Jon always answered with a text or a call back everytime I reached out to him.
