First -- apologize for the late review. This email (and all the subsequent reminders) went to my spam folder which I check very, very, very rarely. John did a great job of giving us a tour of the GR area - very knowledgeable, and personable. He went out of his way to plot our routes very efficiently. I used corporate housing, and had very specific needs about my Tesla and charging. John was very responsive and helped sort it out, even moving me to a new location, after we discovered the initial location didnt work. We used a local realtor (in Dallas) to sell our property (someone we had a longstanding early relationship with), and John did a great job on working with him to make sure things went smoothly. I think there was probably a lot of back and forth between the agents that I was not privy to, but once we got to GR and found the house here that we wanted, John was great in helping us navigate the offer process, providing very solid guidance and helping us get the seller to buy off. The closing process was butter smooth. Since then, John has continued to remain responsive as we tie up the final loose ends. Overall, very knowledgable of the area and quickly responsive.
