Even now that we have closed on our house Michelle is helping us line up contractors to get the house “just right”. It really was a fun experience.

Andy is a very hard working professional real estate agent. He was willing to not only to evaluate and assist with repair of maintenance items but also assist with the sale of ancillary items needed to be sold with the house. I would highly recommend Michelle Metcalf for anyone buying or selling a home. I interviewed several agents before listing my house and Michelle came ready to represent me with comprehensive data for the region, city, and neighborhood. Her initial presentation far surpassed all of the other agents combined. Once engaged, the house was beautifully photographed, brochures were produced, mailers sent out, advertisements were placed in local newspapers and open houses were conducted. All these typical real estate actions were quickly and professionally performed. All subsequent individual showings were scheduled with as little disruption as possible and obvious respect for my family's time. Michelle's sound advice, experience, and negotiation skills were in full display when dealing with offers but her handling of several small repairs with various contractors and the eventual buyer's numerous requests right up until the closing was when Michelle truly earned my admiration. Exceptional service and attention to detail from start to finish that made a major transaction seem easy.
