Michelle not only sold my property, she did it under very trying circumstances. She maintained an extremely positive attitude from start to finish, and never became discouraged. Michelle listed my property and had it under contact within 24 hours. Before the buyer's allotted time for due diligence was over, the buyer bailed because the totally functional plumbing was poly piping. Within a few days, Michelle had the property under contact again. Before closing, the buy forfeited his deposit due to personal reasons. Again, within a few days, Michelle had the property under contract. Once again, the plumbing issue resulted in the buyer bailing. The property was back under contract within 24 hours, and it resulted in a sale. During this process, Michelle coordinated and managed any and all interfaces with inspectors and contractors, and kept me totally informed at every step. It was totally efficient and transparent to me. Michelle maintained her positive attitude and professionalism throughout this grueling time. She was never displayed any signs of being discouraged. Without any hesitation, I recommend Michelle as the best person to handle your real estate transactions.

Michelle Metcalf immediately went to work to get our house listed. We were in MN. She got a house cleaner and professional photographer. The pictures were gorgeous with sun rises and sun sets. Michelle did every aspect of her job better than I could have hoped for. Even when a window was broken by a golf ball she was there to clean up the mess. She made sure all the repairmen took care of all the repairs. She did the scheduling so when we weren’t in town it still was taken care of.
