It was our great fortune to work with Michelle. In selling an older condo that we had not seen in years which needed updating she was invaluable. We trusted her recommendations and had wonderful and quick results with every business. We believe it was her expertise and solid guidance that navigated us easily through this changing market. Michelle was always reachable and handled all the differing situations we encountered quickly and professionally. She is able to communicate clearly and keeps a close watch on a complex housing market, relaying current trends in an easily understood manner. There is not enough room here to tell you how much we appreciate her and that she went above and beyond for us. We would be proud to recommend her. Thank You Again, Michelle!!⁷

Over the years, my wife and I have purchased over two dozen homes and worked with many real estate agents. We contacted Michelle to help us with the evaluation and purchase of this house. We were highly impressed with her approach in gathering the necessary market information in order for us to make an informed decision. After the evaluation, she was very instrumental in preparing the necessary documentation for an offer and her timely communications with the sellers. Upon acceptance of the offer, Michelle worked closely with the sellers, us and the escrow company for a quick and successful closing. We could have never been more pleased with a real estate acquisition. We are very grateful for Michelle's professional help and highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property in Green Valley.
