Mark is professional, caring, smart, and has great relationships in the industry. He was able to recommend a mortgage consultant for my husband and me to use, and made sure everything was in order. He has been in contact with us after we got settled in and has let us know that he personally feels that we got a great deal and our new home is a great fit for us. In the past we have worked with several other agents, and none of them have compared to Mark Callender. He had excellent communication skills, expertise in buying foreclosures, and was very reliable. My husband and I loved our experience with Mark. We were buying our first home, and had much to learn about it and he was always willing to help us to understand every part of what was going on. He doesn't live near me, but whenever we needed him for a showing in our area, he did everything he could to make it work ASAP. We even had a scare when someone had broken into the home 2 days before our closing date and stripped the home of copper - and Mark did everything in his power to ease the stress and help us to understand that everything would still work out and we would still get the home! I recommend him to all of my friends and family looking for a realtor and will continue to go to Mark for future home buying/selling needs.
