Judy went over and beyond with the sale of our home with dealing with buyers realtor and the buyer and their lender. It was more work then really needed to be but she got the job done for us. Like I said previously the buyers and lender made it difficult to close on the house. Judy was very knowledgeable and great to work with Judy actually sold the house within a day but buyers and lender made it difficult to close on-time. Judy did what she could but the buyers also had their realtor involved. Since we purchased a house out of state we had to give Judy K. Power of Attorney so she could sign for us as we were able to pre-sign before moving. We had to give a deadline date to close to avoid having to put house on market again. Judy was there for us all the way and saw the closing thru all the way. Lender was not the brightest as closing did not happen when it was supposed to.
