Mark was very realistic in his approach on pricing, preparing and closing of our house. The market is very unpredictable and Mark made his recommendations but let us decide on the listing price that was comfortable for us. Mark also did not advise that we spend lots of money on upgrading and removing everything from the house. He said keep it basic but keep it looking like its lived in. The pictures of the house were taken by a professional photographer, not with a cell phone. Thats a great detail showing his professionalism and commitment to get the house noticed. Information was provided immediately as it came in, he answered questions promptly or responded that your message was received and he would get back with you. Everything went well and as planned.
