Mary was referred to us by a family friend. We were moving on very short notice from several states away. Mary was able to take us to look at houses the following day. We had limited time in Greensboro and the market was hot. She is a workhorse and wasn't going to stop until she found us the perfect house. We ended up buying our house via zoom with her! Working with Mary was a wonderful experience. She is super dedicated and seems to work 24/7 which isn't fun for anyone but in the market these days - if your realtor is NOT doing this for you, you may not get an appt to see a house much less have time to even send in an offer before it is under contract. Houses come and go within A DAY. Even on vacation she always made sure another realtor was available to go to a house showing with me and actually wrote a couple offers for me while on vacation. She would help contact my mortgage lender for me if she needed an update approval letter in which he would write it and send it right over no matter what time it was. I trusted her to always do the right thing & advocate on my behalf. I will be selling my house soon and can't think of anyone better to help me along with that process. 🌟✨
