She picked the right selling price, knew what needed to be repaired/upgraded, handled many of the repairs (we had already moved), and had the closing without us having to be there. I have no doubt that we sold our house, at a higher price, while we were in another state, because Barbara was our realtor. I was very happy with the entire process.
