My family is new to Greensboro and finding a home in this market from out of town was challenging to say the least. Mary took so much time working with us. On Good Friday, Mary sat with us in the REMAX office showing us house after house asking what we liked and what we did not like about each one regardless of price. She quizzed us on our history of home ownership, family, friends and what is important for our family in a house. She also demonstrated patience when we thought we found "the one" on-line but would steer us away from making an expensive mistake; something that Mary felt would not work. Then one day, she called and explained she found something and in her opinion may just fit the bill. Shazam! Just like that, we had a home, not just a house. The place checked all the boxes and we couldn't be happier. Our daughters now insist she has to attend their weddings! On top of all this, Mary found us a mortgage broker that was amazing.
