No matter when you call her, you will hear back almost immediately, and there is nothing she cannot or will not try to help you with. Almost a year after closing on our home, we had a situation arise with the closing attorney, and she jumped right in after I contacted her, even though I didn’t ask her to. Nicole’s job isn’t done when you close on your home. This is not just a job to her because your happiness is of utmost importance to her. We highly recommend her to help you buy and/or sell your home because if you’re like us, she will become a forever friend, and not just a realtor.

Years ago when I was new to the city I googled buyer's agent near me and chose the highest rated person. That was Nicole. She was incredible at helping me find my first home. And as a first home, about 10 years later I was ready to move on. Nicole and I had kept touch and I contacted her about 2 months before I wanted to list. She came to the house and told me all the things I should do. She gave perfect recommendations for people to help me with junk removal, carpet cleaning, and landscaping (even during the busy season her recommendation was able to come out within 2 weeks). I got back into contact with her once we finished our to do list and she guided me through the whole process. The market was very in my favor and Nicole actually had to sort through all the offers and give me the top 10. I wasn't able to be present at my closing and she was able to be there for me to make sure everything went smoothly. TLDR: I highly recommend Nicole for her professionalism, attention to detail, recommendations, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond. Hopefully this isn't the last time I am able to have Nicole as my agent.

Stacy was the most amazing realtor I've ever worked with! Before I was ready to sell my house she gave me tons of contacts for who I could call to get work done prior to listing. Her contacts had amazing pricing and were very responsive. All her contacts went the extra mile, just like she did. Stacy was always available for me via text or call. She used a professional photographer to photograph my house and had it sold within 48 hours - it looked amazing in the pics. She was genuinely wonderful to work with and has a lovely personality.
