I was a newbie to the process and I'm sure it showed. Nicole walked me through everything step by step and even knew I was wanting to sell to someone who would value the home as I did ,My son put alot of hard work into this house. So thankfull for Nicole and her knowledge.

Buying and selling homes can be super stressful. That is, if you don’t have the right realtor. Lucky for us, we found Nicole Rafferty, so the process was enjoyable. We had a lot of fun every step of the way and felt completely confident in Nicole the entire time. Her knowledge and level of expertise in the field is impressive.  There wasn’t anything we asked her that she didn’t know, or wasn’t able to find out the answer to in a short amount of time. 

She is always upbeat, happy, and positive.  Nicole is 100% there for her clients and treats you like you're the only ones she has. No matter when you call her, you will hear back almost immediately, and there is nothing she cannot or will not try to help you with. Almost a year after closing on our home, we had a situation arise with the closing attorney, and she jumped right in after I contacted her, even though I didn’t ask her to. Nicole’s job isn’t done when you close on your home. This is not just a job to her because your happiness is of utmost importance to her. We highly recommend her to help you buy and/or sell your home because if you’re like us, she will become a forever friend, and not just a realtor.

As a new resident in Greensboro from out-of-state, it was important to me to find a realtor that would really listen to what I was looking for in a new home while also understanding my budget and location requests. Nicole was immediately available. She quickly found several homes for me to review and within a short search, we found the perfect home for me. Nicole remained involved in the full process for closing all the way to the moment I had my keys in hand. I highly recommend Nicole!

Nicole was extremely helpful in figuring out a good price point for the sale of our house and also with navigating through the different offers that we received. Her help through the selling process is and always has been the best. This was the second house that she helped us sell and and the third house she helped us buy. As your agent she’s extremely responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. I have worked with Nichole for years now and anyone who’s ever looking for a realtor she’s the first I’ll tell them to use. She is just super nice all around and it’s always a great advocate for you. At no time has it ever felt like we were just a number to her or she was just looking for the sale. If you’re looking for someone who’s going to help you through the process from beginning to end, be responsive, and knowledgeable of the area this is your girl.

Years ago when I was new to the city I googled buyer's agent near me and chose the highest rated person. That was Nicole. She was incredible at helping me find my first home. And as a first home, about 10 years later I was ready to move on. Nicole and I had kept touch and I contacted her about 2 months before I wanted to list. She came to the house and told me all the things I should do. She gave perfect recommendations for people to help me with junk removal, carpet cleaning, and landscaping (even during the busy season her recommendation was able to come out within 2 weeks). I got back into contact with her once we finished our to do list and she guided me through the whole process. The market was very in my favor and Nicole actually had to sort through all the offers and give me the top 10. I wasn't able to be present at my closing and she was able to be there for me to make sure everything went smoothly. TLDR: I highly recommend Nicole for her professionalism, attention to detail, recommendations, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond. Hopefully this isn't the last time I am able to have Nicole as my agent.
