Nicole’s job isn’t done when you close on your home. This is not just a job to her because your happiness is of utmost importance to her. We highly recommend her to help you buy and/or sell your home because if you’re like us, she will become a forever friend, and not just a realtor.

Years ago when I was new to the city I googled buyer's agent near me and chose the highest rated person. That was Nicole. She was incredible at helping me find my first home. And as a first home, about 10 years later I was ready to move on. Nicole and I had kept touch and I contacted her about 2 months before I wanted to list. She came to the house and told me all the things I should do. She gave perfect recommendations for people to help me with junk removal, carpet cleaning, and landscaping (even during the busy season her recommendation was able to come out within 2 weeks). I got back into contact with her once we finished our to do list and she guided me through the whole process. The market was very in my favor and Nicole actually had to sort through all the offers and give me the top 10. I wasn't able to be present at my closing and she was able to be there for me to make sure everything went smoothly. TLDR: I highly recommend Nicole for her professionalism, attention to detail, recommendations, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond. Hopefully this isn't the last time I am able to have Nicole as my agent.

Nicole was extremely thorough and attentive from the start. She was knowledgeable and took the time help us understand our home and the market. She went above and beyond in helping us with showings, even occasionally stopping by to help make sure our cat was well taken care of when we couldn't be there ourselves.
