As a first time home buyer, the market was extremely intimidating. Kurt was there to answer any questions, anytime. If I called him and he couldn't answer, it wasn't more than a couple of hours until I would hear back from him. As a FTHB my questions were probably naive about the entire process but Kurt was there every step of the way with my wife and I. Kurt was able to provide extremely genuine service with my families best interest in mind throughout the entire negotiation process. I could not recommend Kurt more, which is a statement and a fact, as I have already recommended him to 2 other groups in my immediate family looking to purchase a house.
