Steve and the rest of the Avery Realtor Team did an outstanding job for us. Great advice on house prep, (saved a bunch of money) sell pricing to bring in the most potential buyers, secured a sale in the first week of listing (at $40K over listing price) and closed in 4 weeks despite the buyers original lender backing out at the last moment over HOA issues. Andi was so wonderful and helpful throughout our entire first time home buying experience. She really made sure that we took the time to find the right house instead of trying to find a home as quickly as possible. She was great at listening to what we wanted and needed and helping us find something that worked for us. Steve Kinney constantly exceeded expectations. We employed his services as Buyers. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the different markets in Denver and environs. He knows where the flood zones begin and end, when houses were built, the quality of construction, the pricing of houses, and most valuably what issues might need to be resolved (either before or after closing) and how much money it might cost. He is not content to simply have a sale. He truly wants his clients to be happy and at peace with their purchase. I have used realtors on perhaps 6 occasions when looking to buy or sell residential homes and I can truly say that Steve is in a league by himself.

Beginning with the wonderful pictures that her photographer took to showcase my house, Cy took me through the steps with thorough explanations for what was happening and what I needed to do.
