Darcy was absolutely amazing as we sold our house in a difficult market. We decided to list our house and move across the country, but of course the market dropped right as we did so. It took awhile, but Darcy was on top of market research, pricing, follow up with realtors — everything we needed. We eventually got a great offer thanks to all her work. We’ve sold a lot of houses and this was by far the best experience. She even went out of her way to connect us to a great realtor in our new city. I couldn’t recommend Darcy any more highly!

Annie is very knowledgeable and professional real estate agent. I don't beleive there is anyone better than Annie period. I have been a real estate broker in AZ for over 45 years selling residential lots. For the past 25-30 years my focus has been commercial subdivision developments and building commmercial buildings. I know a great agent when I see one and that is Annie there are very few agents I can say that about.

He lets you know the advantages and disadvantages of each property, and is especially good at explaining the relationship between the price and the long-term value of a property over time. Motenia educated me and smoothly walked me through the entire sell of my condo. Her professionalism and knowledge of the industry helped me feel more at ease. She definitely knows what she’s doing and is very good at what she does! Even after I had to move to another state, she took care of my condo like it was her own. It has never been in such good shape, and as clean as it was when it sold; all because of her hard work and such good attention to detail. I am grateful for the entire experience and learned a lot!

I've had the pleasure of working with Angelica in two capacities, as a lender and as a seller/client, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful, hard-working, and organized she is.
