Angelica is an absolute pro and I can't imagine going through this process again without her expertise. As a first-time homebuyer in a situation where I was having to make a decision, and fast, Angelica did a fantastic job at walking me through each and every step, being extremely clear and responsive to all of my questions and ultimately helped me feel confident with my purchase. She was also very helpful in matching me with a lender that was the perfect fit for my needs as well contractors to help with the move in process (all of which were great!). I got regular check-ins from her explaining where we were in the proceedings, what was to come and if anything required action items on my end. I was never wondering where we were in the process and felt totally secure throughout knowing Angelica was handling everything behind the scenes. On top of all that, she ALWAYS had a great energy and personality that makes you feel at ease when doing any type of viewing, walk through, inspection, signing, etc. I quite literally could not have done this without Angelica and am infinitely happier with my purchase knowing that she was by my side and had my back.

Working with Josh Hohl was the best experience we have ever had with a realtor. He is absolutely the best. Josh helped us to purchase a condo in Arvada. We live out of state and were looking to make a purchase using 1031 exchange funds as we had recently sold our office. Since there was a time factor involved and we were not physically present, Josh did the legwork for us. He sent us videos as he toured through prospective units and gave us his opinion on pros and cons. He also went above our expectations by attending two property inspections and asking questions that we would not have considered. He also provided us with a list of repair vendors. Josh met with our new property manager and we hope to rent out the unit very soon. Working with Josh was seamless. He was thorough with communication, letting us know what documents needed to be completed and what the next steps were throughout the whole process. He has a keen eye for the market in the Denver area.

Chris helped us buy a new house and sell our old house. was very easy to work with and we felt confident through the whole process. We looked at houses for a long, long time and he was always patient and willing to get us into any house. There was never any pressure to make a decision or put in an offer. He listened to our needs and when we finally found the right house, he jumped into action, communicated with the seller and helped us submit an appropriate offer which was accepted. Selling our house was also an easy process. He offered advice and help in preparing the house. Chris also helped tremendously with hiring competent contractors to complete necessary work. He has a ton of contacts and knows reliable people to get jobs done fast with quality work. Overall, the experience of buying and selling has the potential to be overwhelming and stressful, but Chris was a steady presence who made us feel relaxed and confident every step of the way. Highly recommended!
