We’ve used Jen twice now. I found her with a Google search about nine years ago and am so glad I did. She stayed with us through a home selection, cold feet on that home purchase, a new build and then the sale of that home eight years later when we decided to move to Virginia. She sets the standard for realtors and I wish we could have taken her with us. She guides you every step of the way, answers all questions within her scope, is honest and trustworthy. Her knowledge and expertise are worth every penny. I’d hire her again in a heartbeat.

I have worked with Jen a couple of times now selling and buying homes. And quite honestly, I wouldn't work with anyone else. She is wonderful to work with and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. She was also very easy to get ahold of, answering my questions readily either by text or phone call. I think realtors also have to wear a therapist hat, too, and she was great at alleviating my fears and the sometimes emotional roller coaster ride I found myself on. As anyone knows who has bought or sold a home, the process is pretty stressful and having someone to lean on is paramount to its success. Jen is kind, funny and compassionate as well as being very professional. Her ability to navigate working with other realtors and potential buyers made the whole process that much easier. I also very much appreciated her organizational skills and her expertise in knowing the market. She was absolutely able to meet my needs and for that I am thankful. Jeanne is an awesome agent and great person. She made the search process so easy. I am from out of state and in the beginning she would facetime me to walk through some houses. She gave honest feedback about various areas and what I was looking for. We toured a bunch of houses on my trip from Denver and I feel she really listened to what I was looking for and understood to be able to maximize the time I had in Denver by only showing houses that seemed to fit the bill . I ended up buying a new build and Jeanne was there for the "Tape Party" as my second set of eyes, and stood in for me during my final walk through and collecting the keys so that I didn't have to fly back to Denver again. She was with me every step of the way. She has been there to help with questions or issues (like the huge hail storm a few days after I moved in). She is not just a real estate agent she has become my first friend in Colorado. Like I said wonderful agent and great person! I would highly recommend Jeanne she is awesome!
