I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful Jenny is to work with! This is our 2nd transaction with Jenny and she just makes the whole experience effortlessly! When we had a hiccup she always jumped in immediately and resolved any issues so we did not have to do a thing! She follows up on everything and even after settlement she was in contact with us to check on how our settlement went in Florida. She is really a friend as much as our realtor. She considers each of her clients as family and takes care of us as if we were. If we ever sell our house in Florida I’ll have to figure out a way to move her here so she can be our realtor 😂. If you want a realtor who is professional and the best then look no further!

Landon went through the thick and the thin with us. He was with us when we lost our jobs in the middle of closing and was able to get us all of our money back, he was constantly sending updates for houses that fit our budget and style. He fought for us during closing, and made sure to get us the best deal possible. We were first time home buyers and helped us navigate CHAFA. And lastly he even came and helped us move on moving day. Couldn't recommend Landon enough.

We LOVED Landon as our realtor!! He was so flexible, and saw houses with us multiple times a day. At one point we had to take a long break from our house hunt, and when we were ready again, he was there for us as if nothing had happened, and ready to keep looking! Due to health issues here in Ariaona I had to sell my home in Anthem Ranch In Broomfield Co. Susie Smyle was the first Realtor I talked to about selling the property as she had listed the property for a recent owner. This was a complete ABSENT seller property. Susie did everything for me and I mean everything! from referrals ,to paying people who did work at the home. making so many phone calls on my behalf from listing right through closing. her credentials are outstanding.
