I met Vanessa in 2023. I was looking at townhomes and condos, what I thought was going to be best for me. Vanessa was assigned to me through Zillow. She met me at a small townhome in Broomfield. It was too small and the garage was very small. We exchanged info and Vanessa checked back with me periodically. I resigned an apartment lease and did not figure to be buying a home until 2025. Zillow was sending me listings that I kept looking at. Once I found the home I am in, I knew I had to have it. The Zillow process was very easy, but they wanted me to work with another realtor, I called Vanessa. I am a roofing contractor, so I deal with Real Estate agents often. Vanessa was calm, knowledgeable, no sense of urgency to sell the home. She walked me through the whole process, and I got my home for a great price. I am very grateful to Vanessa for the seamless, no pressure, purchase of my home.
