My girlfriend and I hired Landon as our buyers agent because he knew all kinds of tricks to help get offers approved and help get extra cash out of the seller; so it sounded like he would know how to 'work the system' to our benefit. After looking at several homes we found one we really liked and Landon helped us put together our offer. He found out that the home had been under contract previously by an investment company who backed out at the last minute, so even though our offer was at asking he was able to sweeten the deal for the seller by including language that we would turn everything around in two weeks. In the end, we got the home we wanted for asking price and the entire process from first starting to look to moving in was only 1 month! Landon continues to help us negotiate with the seller HOA to fix existing damages and I feel he is a resource to help us with all manner of new home owner questions we have. I would highly recommend Landon, especially to any other first time home buyers like us!
