I cannot recommend Damon highly enough. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and Damon answered every single one of them. It was clear to me that he was not simply trying to sell houses; he truly cared about what was important to me. Each time we visited a home, he was also analyzing the property with a keen eye, point out things like exterior maintenance and following up on listings in the same community. Damon truly goes above and beyond for a clients. As an example, he knew of a listing that had not yet come onto the market, and he arranged for me to see it before it was officially listed. When it came time to make an offer, Damon tailored the offer to the needs of the seller, which resulted in a very quick acceptance on the first offer I made. While I was under contract, Damon and his team regularly checked in, providing me a list of deadlines and what needed to be done next. I had no fear about missing deadlines, because they were on it!

Damon was a superstar getting our downtown townhouse sold. We moved out of the country before all of the work was done and Damon used his own Rolodex to help with roofing, painting, landscaping, staging and probably a few other things. For some vendors, he paid out of his own pocket first to get the ball rolling. Real estate agents usually don't take on that kind of responsibility and hold themselves that accountable. He is also a tremendous negotiator and certainly listened to my ideas and gave his opinion so we could put a plan in place, adjust and move forward. We handled the entire transaction while being out of the country. There are so many other real estate agents that add little or no value to the process. I can't recommend Damon high enough. He will work tirelessly for you and brings tons of experience to every point of the process. The team he has assembled around him share the same work ethic and deliver the same high standard of results. I have used him on several transactions in addition to this one and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
