We have moved 4 times in 4 years (??). Every time we have called in the best to help us. Traditionally the buying & selling process can be stressful and frustrating. Dane goes above and beyond to make sure it is smooth and easy. We have sent him a lot of referrals and never heard a negative word. He’s the best. You won’t be disappointed.

I'm not one to write reviews, but Dane did a great job for me and deserves credit. He helped me narrow in on a neighborhood, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process.

My wife and I planned on selling our home in the Spring of 2019, and moving back to Florida. We were watching the market and who was making the sales in our neighborhood for the past 2 years. And yes the Realtor we chose was Kristi. key elements for our decision were: 1- We were Snowbirds and would be out of state when the Home went on the market. 2- Stage the home before we left for the winter and list as coming soon. 3- Market the home for it's upgrades and location. 4- communication - on market, during listing and final sale process. Kristi came through like a real champ (PRO) in all four element above. So much so that we had 3 or 4 offers the 1st weekend and had to cut our Florida stay short and come home. If you are looking to sell your home, do your homework and give Kristi Bringle a call! We are very happy to call Her a good Friend. PS- We are now living the good life in Summerfield,Fl David, Janice and Chloe Ranger

Debby is amazing! She helped us find our starter home. Helped us sell it when we moved to the next phase of our life. Having never sold a home before, it was a great comfort to have Debby walk us through every step of the process. She helped us set the right price, stage, and get professional photos. We had so many offers! We knew someone else selling a house around the same time who used a different realtor and they had so many issues. We avoided these types of challenges because Debby is a true professional. We’re currently working with her to buy our first new build. She’s coordinated all of the various partners and helped us with a great lender. You can’t go wrong working with Debby.

We absolutely loved working with Anastasia, finding our dream home. She was honest, professional and caring and always held our interests first. She went the extra mile with her customer service too. We were so comfortable with her and consider her a friend now. We would highly reccommend Anastasia for anyone looking for a house.

We highly recommend Dane Rickard as your Realtor for many reasons. We had some very specific things we were looking for in a house and because of our very specific tastes we were looking at homes for almost year and half! Dane was so patient with us the entire time and worked just as hard at the end as he did in the beginning! He is so knowledgable of all the properties and the pitfalls to watch out for. He never pressured us into anything, in fact the opposite was true. He talked us out of a couple places that we really liked because he showed us how big of a money pit they would become keeping us from making some very costly mistakes while putting aside his own financial gain. We would recommend him to anyone and we have already many times over!

Dane has been my realtor twice, once when we bought this house 7 years ago and again when we sold it this year. Dane is great to work with. He is knowledgeable, communicative and very willing to show you as many houses as needed to find you "the one". Dane is patient and gets to know what your want and need in a home. You will be very happy if you choose Dane as your realtor!

Anastasia was great, she worked with my schedule to see homes and every time I had a new area I wanted to search or new details I needed to change, she was on top of it. She treats you like a member of her family, not just a client.
