Chris is honest and will not just try to get you into contract. He will listen to you and give you helpful feedback and sound advice based on your needs. He also has the patience of a Saint. He was beyond helpful in our move from out of state. Cannot recommend him enough!

Chris has great knowledge what to look for in homes. He didn't know our area that we were looking in, but he quickly gained the insight for the housing market in our buying area. He was great to make sure we didn't overpay for a house in a hot market & yet make sure we were happy with the conditions of the sale to get the house we wanted. Chris was communicative every step of the way and he had a great team that supported us through the mortgage process. As first time home buyers, we couldn't imagine the process to have been any easier. Chris was recommended to us from acquaintances & we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The first time we had worked with Chris, my wife and I had been landlords renting this property for a few years, but were hitting some hard financial times and thought it would be a good time to sell. We had asked Chris if he would be willing to list our property and put it up for sale for us. He said sure let me run some numbers and we can meet up to discuss. During this first meeting instead of talking us into selling the property he convinced us keeping it may be a better plan and gave us a path forward to make it happen. Flash forward 3 years and the value of the house had increased another $50k+ and we had told him the tenant had reached out and was looking to buy it and we were ready to sell. He graciously again ran comps from the neighborhood and laid out multiple scenarios for us again mentioning keeping it was still an option. We went through with the sale and he was there every step of the way answering every nervous question my wife or I had. We always thought he was being honest and never glossed over anything. He explained in advance the multiple scenarios that could unfold and how to be prepared for each one which we really appreciated. Even at the closing he was there answering question we had with relation to the title paper work which at that point was not his responsibility. I know at some point in the future we will move from our current residence and I will not hesitate to reach out to Chris to again ask for his services.

In a hyper-competitive market, I don't think we could have asked for a better realtor. Chris was insightful, always willing to go the extra mile, and, in general, a really awesome human. (Because let's face it, you spend a lot of time with your realtor in the house hunting process.) It was clear that his goal was first and foremost to help us find a house that we really loved, would continue to love for years to come, and would see healthy return on as an investment. His dedication really showed in the way he took time to learn about our unique situation and accommodate our needs. He was always there to play devil's advocate when there were warning signs we didn't see and lent so many valuable tidbits of knowledge along the way. If we had it our way, I don't think we'd work with anyone else ever again. Thanks, Chris — we so appreciate you.

No need to look any further for a Real Estate agent. Chris is a 100% at your service. With calmness and sincerity. No pressure from Chris, you do you, and he will be there every step of the way! So glad I meet Chris at the right time in my journey in finding a home for my daughter and I. I dealt with several unpleasant agents before Chris. He proved to me his passion for the client in finding a home for them ment more than just another sale. If this helps any, for when you decide to sale or buy a home. Chris Hawksley should be a no brainier when choosing an agent you can count on! Trust me!👌🙂

we began the home buying process in late May, 2020 and closed on our home in November, 2020. The market in Colorado is crazy and many times multiple offers are made with people paying cash out 20k-50k over asking price. We did not have resources like those, and so it made the process even more difficult. Chris was willing to look in several different areas and made a point of being knowledgeable about the different areas. He was professional throughout the process and worked diligently with our lender to ensure that everything was completed on time. Even though it took us 6 months to find a home, and the housing market was frustrating at times, Chris remained patient and professional the entire time. I highly recommend using Chris as your Realtor and will use him again if we ever decide to sell.

As a first time home buyer, it was an extremely confusing and intimidating process, until I met Chris. He streamlined the process, introduced me to a local lender who was quick and responsive, and continuously went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. I did meet a few realtors prior to finding Chris, and they were each lackluster, slow in response, and slow in understanding what I needed in a property. I needed someone who was constantly available and eager to earn my business, which is exactly what I found in Chris. He even showed me a house on Mother’s Day and gave me boxes and miscellaneous moving supplies ahead of my big move. Truly cannot express my gratitude!

Chris is awesome, we couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience even in the crazy market. He understands the market, makes great recommendations, is very responsive and is well connected in the area. Highly recommend

Chris always had our back which was vital as first time home buyers (from another city). We moved from an apartment/ rental situation and really were pretty clueless about the ins and outs of homes and HOAs. He brought up considerations that we didn't know we should think about, adding value beyond measure. We're now in a neighborhood that is gaining value and a home that we love. I would HIGHLY recommend him!
