We contacted Kristi months before we put the house on the market. While waiting on us she was always supportive and never pressured us to move faster than we wanted to. Her knowledge of the local market was excellent as was her knowledge of the real estate process in general. The latter came in very useful as we put our house on the market in March 2020, which turned out to be a time of new and unexpected challenges (due to COVID-19). Kristi was able to navigate all of the unique situations we encountered and closing was as smooth as if there were no unusual circumstances. Kristi was very easy to work with and we recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the Denver area.

I have sold and sold several properties over the past couple of years but never in the face of a global pandemic. Initially, Damon conducted an appraisal of our condo and convinced us that a price substantially higher than we had ever expected was justified. Just days after Damon listed our condo, the stock market started to collapse, declining over 25% within a couple of weeks and news of the ongoing pandemic was nonstop. In spite of these unprecedented negative issues, our condo sold quickly at the full asking price. Damon answered my many questions and led us through several pandemic related issues. He always reassured me that we could get through any problem. His solutions were creative, caring, and thoughtful of everyone involved.
