My husband and I recently sold our house and purchased property for a new build. Dane helped us through the whole process, giving us the advice we needed to make the best decisions possible. Overall, he was easy to work with and very professional. We would highly recommend!

The sale of my house happened exactly as Mike Burns told me it would. His expertise, follow through and market knowledge made for a true professional experience. For that reason Mike and Brittney get 5+ stars and get my highest recommendation.

As first time home buyers (who new next to nothing about buying houses) Justin's knowledge and expertise was invaluable to us! One of the best things about working with Justin is how he takes ownership of the whole process, we felt very taken care of! He made the entire thing incredibly easy, even as we hit bumps in the road along the way. We honestly had fun with the whole process, and I cannot imagine getting better service from someone else. Something I really want people to know (and that was super important to me when looking for a real estate agent) is I really feel like Justin had our back the whole time and he wanted to make sure that we ended up in a home we love not just now, but continue to love for years to come. I highly recommend Justin Phillips to anyone looking to buy a home (or sell!!) and you can bet we will be using his services in the future!

Erica Franzel was a key member of the realtor team that marketed and sold our house and represented us in the purchase of our new house. Erica is one of a kind, based on our previous moves. She is very positive and encouraging, without being disingenuous or misleading. She works all the time (seemingly), is proactive in identifying and advising on potential issues, and proved to be both honest and trustworthy. We experienced Erica to be a genuinely good, thoughtful and caring person, all important characteristics when one is engaged in so major a process as the buying and selling of real estate. We highly recommend Erica.

Very attentive to our needs in selling the house. Extremely helpful in finding professionals to help with items that needed upgraded to the home for selling. House was on the market for less than two weeks and closing was less than 30 days.

Dane and his team did an outstanding job with my selling and buying transactions. Their communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are all excellent. I would recommend their services to anyone who values working with true real estate professionals. I am very glad they were on my side when dealing with the less experienced realtors that we came across in our transactions. Dane and his team got it done and our goals were met.

My property had a few unknown issues when Erica signed on to sell it. She tackled each issue with urgency and professionalism. Never gave up and worked with me on every hurdle. If not for Erica I know that my condo would still be sitting “For Sale”! She is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, available and always has a smile.

Erica is incredibly helpful and responsive. We were brand new to Colorado and put all of our trust in her finding us the perfect spot for our growing family. We couldn't love our home more. She has continued to provide us with all the local childcare, lawn care and other recommendations and reaches out to make sure we are settling in well!
