Exceptional realtor along with being an authentic person In the beginning of my home search the recent death of my son was on my mind every second. It was difficult for me to connect to the world’s constant demands. Erica showed so much compassion as my grief overwhelmed me many times during the initial process of finding a home my son would never see. I backed off my search for a time frame and she patiently waited for my return. Upon my return I made constant changes to my search. I modified my pursuit from a specific area to a much wider area. I changed prices range, changed mortgage qualifications, and changed the type of home. Erica also made search adjustments based on her always-active focus on my home desires even when I didn’t realize my own wants, needs, and dreams. She re-educated me on the buying process as it had been many years since my last experience. She was exceptionally quick to respond to any of my questions, especially on her “vacation” when I found my home. I owe her a real vacation as many hours as she worked during that time! Once we closed on the home, her commitment did not stop there. She followed up on a fireplace issue with her own time and resources. Katie really knows the market up here, which is a blessing. Being in the mountains is a whole different can of worms. From the pricing, to helping the buyers understand the well and septic criteria. always there from beginning to closing, she had it all the way.
