Generally not one for writing reviews, but Tania did such an amazing job we had to! Didn't think the agent would matter as much in a "hot sellers market", but when the direct comps to my unit started coming at sale prices 10-15% less than what I wanted to ask so we were a little worried we might not be able to complete our "dream plans"... Tania reassessed everything and assured us we were not crazy, and in this market we could always adjust the price and still get it sold quickly. It was a delightful surprise when we started receiving well qualified offers at "above asking" with quick closing dates. Tania had the unit on the market the same day renovations were complete, under contract at "above asking" within a week. The deal closed in just over three weeks from listing it... Amazing! Justin is a very experienced Realtor. He is an excellent communicator, and helped us work through some issues with our property. After consultation, we decided to make some significant repairs to the property, and Justin provided some very good contractors to help us get the house ready. Once on the market, Justin guided us through the pros and cons of the multiple offers we received (all offers are not created equal, which can be confusing), and we successfully closed the sale at a price that we felt was at the top of the market for our house.
