One thing that I love about Erica, is that she is not afraid to point out issues or concerns with a property. Some real estate agents try to “sell” you on a property and may not always identify potential concerns to watch for. Erica was also not afraid to say, “I don’t know,” followed swiftly by, “but I will find out.” This is not to say that Erica is inexperienced or that she did not know her stuff, because she did, and knew it very well. But we had some very unique experiences with two separate properties and Erica not once gave me any reason to question her judgement or motives. Her integrity was very apparent to me.
