I never imagined the process of upgrading and selling my condo would be so easy! Steve was instrumental in utilizing his amazing contacts to refurbish my condo for a reasonable price after getting bids, and walked me through the entire process. He managed the entire project as I live hundreds of miles away, and I always felt he had MY best interests in mind and worked hard to ensure everything was completed to present a beautiful new home to potential buyers. In fact, my condo was sold sooner than I expected and sold for more than I had anticipated. His knowledge, contacts and his experience made selling my condo seem easy, but I know he put a lot of work into the whole process in the most professional way. I highly recommend Steve! He went above and beyond what a "normal" realtor would to make this a great experience with no regrets.

Cindy is an excellent agent and is very knowledgeable. She is very professional in her approach. We set the price of our condo according to recent sales. However, we did not receive any offers for close to four months. We did finally get an offer, although, it was 9% below our asking price. We countered the offer and came to an agreement with the buyers but the agreed upon price was still 7% below our asking price. There are several reasons why we accepted this offer and there is no need to go into detail. We truly believe that Cindy had our best interests throughout this transaction. The reduction in proceeds received were a result of circumstances beyond her control.

Stephanie was outstanding! She priced my house perfectly and in 2 weeks we had offers. We had to replace the roof, which was a complete blindside as the roof was only 6 years old, and she got that done for me while I was out of state, in January, in Colorado! NO EASY TASK! We closed on the scheduled date and it went very smoothly. I cannot say enough praise for her professionalism, attention to detail, and overall expertise in her profession as a realtor. She’s definitely the “best of the best”!
