Dave was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and fair during this entire process. It is a stressful time when selling a house and Dave made the process seamless. He gave us his professional advice and all the honest and necessary information we needed to make hard decisions. He recommended a price to sell our house, after all of his research, and we were under contract within 24 hours over asking price.
