Making the decision to sell our father's home, after 9 years of his passing, was difficult. The property was in a Trust with my sister and I as Trustees. Jim was sensitive to the nature of the sale. We live in Texas, so a cross country sale is not an easy task. He was our eyes and ears and provided feedback via conference calls weekly. He lived(s) in the same Subdivision, as our property. Jim was extremely knowledgeable of the buyers' wants/needs, while highlighting the important features of our home. His guidance and perseverance through the process, was priceless. Being out of state, when it became time to sell our investment/rental home, we needed a hands-on Real Estate agent. The house needed a lot of work. Jim had many contacts with painters, window replacement contractors, cleaners, yard maintenance, etc. He was able to schedule all repairs in a timely manner. and prices were reasonable. Jim even did some of the work himself. Having confidence in Jim's knowledge and professionalism made the process less stressful. I felt like I was working with a friend, and he had my best interest. His market knowledge and negotiating skills during the sale were a bonus. I appreciated all his hard work and know he would do the same for all his clients.

Jennifer, understood from the outset we were selling a childhood home as well as a home where our parents lived for 56 years. This was not a flip nor intended to be sold to flippers. We voiced this early and it is obvious she listened carefully. Throughout the process she made it clear in her actions our wishes were always being placed to the forefront. She was clear in her communications. She never attempted to hide anything unexpected or to push us in a direction we did not want to go. On the "practical" side, we gave a minimum necessary monetary return on the sale to care for an ailing parent. Jennifer did everything she could and we ended with a return of over double our expectations.
