Dave has been such a help over and beyond for me, I met him like 3 years ago. When i was just looking at an open house and after we became friends. He helped me from the beginning to the end process. Since I’m a first home buyer there was so MUCH he was just amazing as a friend and as a realtor. I would recommend him 1000000000 to so many people trying to find a house as the beginner. For me I didn’t know the whole process all, the little detailed and everything. He broke it down for me! I would hire mike again in a heartbeat. He is a wealth of knowledge, nothing phases him, and his team is very responsive. Caterina excels in every area that an agent can. We chose Caterina from among four different agents we spoke with in 2020. She sold our home in southeast Aurora then. We were very happy.
