Roseann went above and beyond in helping us find our first home. We both work remote and she was always happy to go down to Colorado Springs or Aurora to look at homes with us. When we decided that we wanted to live in Castle Rock, we found that we didn't have a lot of options for our price range. She looked at past listings that had expired or had been taken off the market and called the realtors to see if they were still interested in selling. We finally found a place that we loved and could afford. She wrote the offer that night for us and continued to be our point of contact throughout the closing process. After closing on our condo she referred us some great professionals for the minor renovations that we had planned do since offering on our home. She was even helpful and knowledgeable about the renovations we were wanting to do and helped point us in the right direction. Two critical points: 1) Bonnie tells the homeowners what they need to hear, 2) and then offers solutions. Bonnie helped guide us through negotiations with a difficult buyer (although I may have been a difficult seller). Either way, we were happy with the result. I cannot imagine marketing a house with anyone else.
