We've used Mark in many home purchases and he never ceases to amaze us. He is quick to respond & makes himself available as much as possible. He is not afraid to ask hard questions and point out anything that could be an issue while also highlighting things that we may not see. He truly is unbias in the process and helps you make the choices that are right for you. We always joke that Mark has his realtor hat and his dad hat, and he swaps them out to help us whenever needed. Mark has been in real estate and in Denver for decades and it shows. Bonnie helped us find a house, some of which was in person, but because we are coming from out-of-state, much of our communication was remote. Twice, she helped show us houses remotely through Facetime, plus she is well connected throughout south Denver, so that was helpful to have detailed information and knowledge about neighborhoods, schools, etc. Great experience overall and highly recommented!
