In 28 years of working with realtors, we have never had a better experience than we had with Dave. He owned everything like it was his own house. He was always readily available, quick to respond to voicemail messages, proactive in every way as it related to valuations, next steps, negotiations, etc. He was great with following up and checking in. He had an amazing team of resources related to painters, carpeting, designers, roofers, certifiers, inspectors, HVAC, plumbers, you name it, he had someone to bring in when needed. I needed to sell my mother's home, an older, non-updated home in a trendy neighborhood. After finding that another realtor whose experience was primarily in selling to individual homebuyers suggested a list price I thought was very low, I turned to Steffen. His greater understanding of the investor market was just what I needed; he suggested a list price 50% higher than the other realtor had, and the house sold in two days at a price higher than the list.
