Joan and team represented us in the sale of our house. We have bought and sold several homes over the years and dealt with many real estate agents in both selling and buying. Being a sellers agent requires at least four completely different skillsets - all of which Joan and her team master beautifully. First, the agent has to be a marketing expert. How to present your house, market it, stage for maximum effect. Joan and her team did all of these things magnificently. The staging was expert, the marketing was fantastic. Next, the sellers agent has to have a deep knowledge of the mechanics of real estate transactions. There are volumes of information that have to be collected as part of the selling and closing process, conditions that must be met and terms to be negotiated.
