Steve is awesome to work with! He has integrity and is very knowledgeable about the home market in the greater Denver area. He took the time to understand our needs and expectations while searching for and ultimately buying our new home. He was available to answer our questions. He helped us become aware of some details about the homes we were seeing. We would highly recommend Steve and will engage him as our realtor again!

Michael is by far the best real estate agent Ivy and I could have asked for. We recently relocated from Houston to Denver, and Michael went above and beyond to learn our preferences as well as educate us on the various areas within Denver. We knew nothing about Denver, but Michael was always very honest with us which led me to trust his opinions more than any other real estate agent I have worked with. Never once did Ivy and I feel rushed or persuaded by Michael, which allowed us the time settle on the perfect home. He truly has the buyer’s best interest in mind and won’t settle for less just to close a deal. One thing that really stood out about Michael before I had met him in person, was that he created a driving tour of different areas for my family and I to do leisurely. The tour included multiple houses in the market that were representative of our budget and the style of housing for that area. The tours also included shopping/coffee/dining/parks that were in the area. This was a really neat way that helped us settle on a general area. We had not asked for this driving tour, so I was very impressed that Michael offered it up before we had even met him. If you do not have a realtor yet, Michael is a must! I personally will never use another realtor. Thank you Michael! -The Joneses

Cassandra did a great job helping us buy our new home. Everything was extremely smooth, start to finish. She was also able to help us with timing, so we had time to sell our existing place before closing on the new house. I would recommend to anyone.

In a very difficult market Chris helped us sell my mom's Heather Gardens apt. He knows the market and the reality of selling in a very tough market. He always kept us informed of potential buyers. Communication between the eventual buyer and their agent was excellent. Always professional. Bottom line sold her place at a very manageable price.

We’ve built four homes (one custom/three spec) prior to this purchase and used a realtor twice. Since we were moving from out of state and not familiar with the area we researched top realtors in the area and Joan was the first to respond. She worked for us in a way that we’ve never experienced and I don’t think I’ll ever go into another new home purchase without using her. She reviewed every document with a fine tooth comb, pointed out things about the documents and the home, and most importantly was there for the walk through to pick out the details that I was too busy to attend to because I was being given the detailed tour and info on how the house works. That lasted 2 hours and was fast paced so there’s no way I could’ve looked at the house to pick out issues at the same time. One thing that she noticed which I didn’t because I was busy in other areas of the home was the placement of the microwave above the oven. It was clearly off center and she made sure that they fixed that prior to the move in. At the time they weren’t sure it could be done without having obvious marks, but she ensured that they would have completely reinstalled the wood paneling if the repair wasn’t up to standard… which would not have been easy! I also love that she went at my pace and let me lead the way as we’ve been through this several times but were constantly changing the parameters on what we wanted. Finally, she was very blunt and honest about a home that I was interested in and likely saved us a lot of headache. Would definitely recommend anyone reach out to Joan - especially those who are building. I had always thought we could get a discount by not using a realtor, but we discovered in a previous build that it doesn’t work like that… and that’s still the case. Given that fact, it can’t hurt to use a realtor and could really be a huge help! If you’re buying a new or existing home you’re going to want someone who is detail oriented and Joan is definitely the right person!

We used Michael as a buyer's agent after many months of searching without any luck. The data package Michael and his team put together with market trends prevented us from making a terrible financial decision. He is great! Not looking for the quick sale, but ensuring that our needs were met, we are protected and informed, and with constant follow ups to ensure our needs are met. Thank you Michael!
