We hired Jo as a buyers' agent about a year before we actually found a home. Coming from out of state, we kept watch online, and when we found the right home, we contacted her and she was able to immediately get our inquiry to the listing agent. Within days there was an offer from another party, so we needed to act quickly with no time for us to travel to actually see the home. Jo needed to be our eyes to decide if this was the right move. Together we crafted a competitive offer, and with a few hours to spare the listing agent presented our offer, which was then accepted. During the entire process, Jo was there to represent us in her fiduciary role. She was there in person during inspection, at closing, when we did a handover with the seller, etc. She paid attention to every detail and date to make sure we had a successful closing. I needed to sell my house quick, because I already had an offer on another place. Casi helped find the correct price-point, to move it, yet still make a good profit. We did an open house the first week and had two offers. Note, this is a time when rates went up and buying really slowed down. We accepted an offer (for 10K less than asking) but the buyers were sketchy and backed out. I was ready to lower the price by 10K, to move it. Casi thought it would be better, to lower it by $500, just to get back in the front of the listings. We did that on Thursday and had another two offers by Friday, for full price. I accepted one that allowed us to stay rent free in our house for a month, and we closed a couple days ago. I would definitely recommend Casi to anyone.
