This review is long overdue: I met Cindy 20 years ago when I could only dream about owning a home at the time. She led me to a lender who gave me short- and long-term goals to obtain my home ownership dream. Since that time, I have bought and sold properties with her patience and expertise. When you need a Realtor that you can count on to guide you through any and all situations that come with selling, buying or building a home, you would be wise to call Christina. We had a challenging situation involving the selling of two individual homes, building a Multigenerational home and a family member with a terminal illness. Christina guided both families through all of the multiple situations with the skill of a Realtor with experience, training and knowledge of the housing market and needs of her clients. I don't think you would find a more qualified, informed and caring Realtor.

I was handed the lovely job of being the estate executor responsible to sell a property that was in very poor shape. I’m a single mom, work two jobs, and literally had NO time to deal with all the things needed to put the house into a state where it was sellable. My first realtor was a mess, and I came to Joan overwhelmed, anxious, and completely ignorant on what to do. The prior owner had destroyed all account records associated with the house, so all details had to be “sleuthed” out. I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with this daunting mess. Joan and her group took me in, (and probably wish they hadn’t!) and took care of me from start to finish. They took on the whole project, and all it’s innumerable problems, and dealt with them head on, taking an enormous weight off my shoulders. They went waaay above and beyond what they needed to do. I am SOOO GRATEFUL for them, and the amazing work they did. I would not only highly recommend them, I would say you would be less than intelligent to go with any other realtor!!!
