We had a pretty specific home in mind and it took us a few years to actually find what we wanted. Mike was very patient and supportive on our search. He kept us up to date on off market opportunities and never pressured us to look at houses outside of our parameters. Mike has a long history in the area and almost all of his predicted changes in the market along with housing prices and inventory were accurate. At one point in our search I made a mistake in conjunction with developing external factors and Mike went above and beyond to dig me out of the error. I can't say enough good things about the way Mike (and his wife) managed me as a client and strongly recommend him for a personalized and positive experience.

Dave did a good job getting the town home presentable for sale and getting it listed. Home sold within a couple of months of listing. Was hoping for a better price, but the family seemed agreeable with the sale price. Wish we had more details and time going in on what would be required for the final sale, but still managed to get through the closing.

I was contacted by Stephanie within hours of my initial interest of the property I just bought. She was really the most professional, educated, experienced and friendly realtor I ever worked with.
