Joan is wonderful! She was my son's realtor when he bought his first home last year and he referred her to me. I couldn't have gone wrong. The market is flooded in Colorado. She was great at negotiations and an offer was finally accepted. Joan is very knowledgeable and resourceful. Jim did a great job selling our house. He made recommendations about what items needed to be fixed up before we listed it, how to stage it so it looked it’s best, and knew how to negotiate top dollar for us. He worked with us for about a month before we listed it to make sure our house was ready to go before we listed it. We ran into a few problems along the way. We trusted Jim to give us the right answers. And he did. In the end, we ended up with an excellent price. More importantly, Jim was there every step of the way to help us understand what was going on and advise us on what to do. My wife and I are extremely glad that we picked Jim. He is THE most knowledgeable Real Estate Agent I have ever met.

Able to address the myriad of issues that come up between listing, showings, offers, inspection and closing. When we first met David, we were going through a bad real estate experience. Not even being his client, he still offered us suggestions and points to ponder. We kept his information around because if he was this helpful to us while he had nothing to gain, we thought he would be the one to use if we ever needed an agent. A few years later, we decided to move and he was the one we asked to help us sell our home and buy a new one. He was fair, patient with us, and when we felt a sense of urgency, he responded.
