I cannot recommend Matt Mansfield enough! He helped us find and negotiate a house in the midst of sellers market, where the odds were very against us. We are first time home buyers and Matt was very great about taking all the time we needed to feel comfortable and to educate us on the whole process. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time looking at houses that were TERRIBLE! It can be very overwhelming but Matt put us at ease. His rapport with the selling agent must have helped as well because were outbid by a large amount and were still able to win the house.
