We asked Mr. Mansfield to help us sell our house and buy our new house, contingent of selling our house, and find a house outside of cities, within certain distance and budget, which ended up being a big area with a narrow band. Mr. Mansfield was very attentive to what we were looking for, and was willing to ride far to look for a house that might meet our requirements. He gave us good suggestions to help us focus on things that matter. He is well connected. Help is always close. He knows the process very well, and helped us stay on track all the way to closing, and even went above and beyond to help settle certain things after closing. Michael did a fantastic job helping us to purchase our Highlands Ranch home. He is very knowledgeable about the area we were looking. Michael was always available no matter what time of day/night.
