Sammy was a dream to work with from start to finish! As first time home buyers, it was very intimidating to be stepping into the market--especially the current (insane) one. Sammy was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable about the Denver market, patient in helping to answer our many questions, and ultimately helped us to land a contract on a home that checked all of our boxes and more. She was our advocate throughout the entire process. When some hiccups arose with the HOA, she was there to help us negotiate our way through them, ensuring we could still close on time. We have worked with Shannon several times. He helped us buy our first home, my mom's condo and our current home. We feel lucky to know Shannon as he has so much experience and has been able to advice us and guide us during a challenging real estate market. Shannon has amazing patience considering we looked at so many homes over many months and almost decided to stop our search due to the market.
