Jennifer grew up in Michigan and settled in Denver in 2006. Jennifer attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she majored in marketing and graduated with a BBA. After graduating, Jennifer spent the next 10 years of her career as a pharmaceutical sales representative. Jennifer decided to transfer her skills from her former career — she began as Buyer Specialist for the Erb Team in 2009 and is now a Team Leader. Jennifer lives in Washington Park with her husband and twin girls.

Shelley Bridge brings her 40 years of experience to both the buying and selling sides of the real estate business. When it comes to questions about market conditions, negotiating, title insurance or mortgage problems Shelley has seen most things before and if she hasn’t, she probably knows where to get the reliable answers her clients need to make good decisions. Starting her career in 1981, she has worked in both the strong buyer’s market of the 1980’s and the strong seller’s market of the 1990’s and understands what it takes to make transactions happen in both types of markets. Shelley also understands the unique way homes are sold compared to other types of products. According to the multiple listing service, 97% of all real estate sales are co-op sales. This means that different brokers will represent the buyer and seller. Thus, Shelley knows that by maintaining a spotless reputation by treating her competitors with honesty and respect is vital to her business. Her fellow Realtors will want to sell her listings and will accept offers from her buyers. Shelley is hard working and patient. She learned to work hard growing up in Iowa where work ethic was highly valued and as the child of depression era parents. She learned patience prior to entering real estate by working as a Physical Therapist. She graduated from the Mayo Clinic School of Physical Therapy in 1973 and worked a short time at Denver Health, then seven years at Craig Hospital with spinal cord injury and head injury patients.

For over 20 years, I’ve known that in Colorado’s growing market being just a realtor and understanding the residential market doesn’t cut it. Today’s buyer deserves more and must understand more, so I’ve worked hard to be more than a realtor. From the beginning, I’ve believed that real estate is the single best investment that a person can make. I believe this for my clients, and I’ve practiced this personally by investing in many Denver Metro-area neighborhoods. Since 1998, I’ve been a mortgage broker, which has been welcome expertise for my clients when supporting their personal and financial goals. One might say that my financial savviness is in my roots. My father sat on the Federal Reserve Board and my name hails from a Scottish town known for being prudent with one’s pennies. However, my friends have nicknamed me “coupon,” and dubbed my name Coupar a verb, “to Coup it into a concert” means to take in your own food & beverage. Being focused on finances is in my blood and comes naturally. When I’m not telling people how to make sound financial decisions through real estate , I enjoy making my wife laugh and telling my two cheeky daughters how to save for the future. Weekly, I can be seen honing my competitive spirit by playing one of my favorite sports: tennis, pickleball, Ultimate Frisbee, golfing, or billiards. During the winter, I adore Colorado’s mountains and snowboard regularly. I love snowboarding so much that I taught snowboarding part time at Beaver Creek Resort for 13 years from 2007-2020.
