The housing market early 2022 was really hard to get a grip on. Many folks just got used to paying 200 K more on a home. Our situation even more difficult due to our zoning and locations. No real comps. We felt our house was work at least 1 million and maybe 1.2 million. Shelley did an amazing job, calling in numerous contacts with developers to show them the great opportunity they had with our location and zoning situation (and lot size). We ended up getting nearly 400 K more than our highest expectation. We would have really missed out if we had not worked with the Bridge Team. Shelley, Katy, and Pam were always willing to answer our questions. I am never afraid to ask, and they always got to me. Shelley and Jake did a great job getting the right buyer, and an amazing job in timing it all to get us a top price.

The housing market in early summer (late spring) in 2022 was just impossible to analyze, if you tried to do it yourself. Shelley and Pam were great and looking at comps and keeping us grounded in what we could expect to pay. They also chilled our jets when we were willing to pay more. They easily saved us $50,000 here. Amazing expertise on putting in a bit on a house(s) that we really wanted. Great warnings about when to be in touch with them about updating bids. Entire Bridge Team (Shelley, Pam, Kathy) just always available to answer questions.

As with our previous home purchases and sales, we were completely and thoroughly satisfied and happy with the entire Bridge Team staff as they assisted us in our most recent home purchase. Shelley, Pam, Katy and Alex respond quickly (sometimes within seconds) to our email, text, phone inquiries and 99% of the time have already begun action on whatever inquiry we had. If I were to work for a realtor I'd want to work for the Bridge Team as they are professional, courteous, thorough and totally competent!
