Long time clients
This is our 4th transaction with Shelley over the last 33 years. She helped us purchase our first home 33 years ago and sold it for us last week. She also helped us purchase our mountain home in Georgetown and our new condo in Denver. Wouldn't want to go through the process without her expertise.

Christine is a very special individual. She is committed to doing the best job she can.
Working with a Real Estate Agent can leave you doubtful of what they tell you. Can they, will they do what they say they will do. Christine went way above what my expectations were. And the reason is she knows what she is doing, from the first time I met her to actually signing the contract she never skipped a thing. And she makes it look very easy. Smooth as can be with no problems.

Great to work with!
We really enjoyed working with Alex to find our dream home. He did a great job finding homes of interest and scheduling showings efficiently so we could tour potentials. Another great experience with Coupar!
This is the third time we have worked with Coupar and I wouldn't work with anyone else. He exceeded expectations again. He worked around our schedule and was willing to drive across town to see houses with short notice. The market is really crazy right now but Coupar was able to help us find a great house that met all of our requirements and budget. Buying a house can be overwhelming, but Coupar does a great job of taking care of things behind the scenes so you can focus on your day to day life. I really can't recommend him highly enough!

Great experience!
Matthew was wonderful to work with! We struggled to buy a home in an extreme seller's market. Matthew stuck with us and helped us find a home that met all of our needs. He got to know us and was always quick to reply (so important when showing times book up quickly and houses are selling days after they are on the market). He was very thorough, reaching out to the seller's agents quickly with any questions we had about the properties and helping us research how to best position our offers. We highly recommend his services!
