Coupar is definately one of the most knowledgeable Brokers in Denver. I feel like he knows every house that is for sale and every broker in town to get your deal done. In a hot market, Coupar guided us through the negotiations to find our dream home and not overpay for it!!!

So patient
Luke was amazing to work with, he was so accommodating to our schedules and so patient while we saw house after house and put offer after offer. Luke provided us great tips for making a strong offer, we ended up building a new home and Luke was there through the process reminding us of important dates. It was a great experience and Luke was awesome to work with!!

Shelley Bridge got us top dollar for our place
Shelley was great during every step of the process to sell our Wash Park home. She identified what improvements were needed prior to listing, and provided contractor recommendations to help us get the work done. Her market analysis and recommendations on the listing price were spot-on, and the Bridge Team's marketing efforts were fantastic. She was a great negotiator to finalize the sales contract and get to closing in record time. We would definitely work with Shelley again in the future.

Pam Tomlinson of the Bridge Team is an awesome buyer's broker
Our experience with Pam couldn't have been better. She knows the market really well and was top notch at getting the seller of our new home to choose our offer. Viewing properties and discussing the pros and cons of each home with Pam was fun. We would definitely work with Pam again if we ever move.

Shelley and Pam worked with us for nearly two years as we searched for the perfect house. We were extremely picky about many factors and they were exceptionally patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. We were once seriously considering a home and Shelley called us because she didn't think it was a good deal for us. She brought up many excellent points and we're so glad we decided not to buy it! She and Pam are an amazing team and are truly committed to helping people find a great home. Pam led us through the offer and negotiation process and with her wisdom and guidance we were able to put in a winning offer when our dream house did pop up on the market. Very positive experience with Shelley and her team.
Shelley was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process of selling our home. I found that her recommendations turned out to be excellent and her ability to predict the market reaction for our home was very accurate. She was especially skillful in pricing and marketing our home. Also, Shelley has a team that provide outstanding support during the whole process that includes staging, cleaning the home, window cleaning and recommendations for obtaining services. Katy Ayers is the team manager who coordinated the process, using her technical skills to set up these services and keep us informed during the incredibly busy process of selling our home and buying another. Pam Tomlinson is the buying agent who helped us find our new home. The entire Bridge Team was really excellent, multi-talented and incredibly hard-working. Finally, Shelley provided support in managing the final part of the selling process: receiving offers, dealing with other agents, making good decisions, and deciding upon the best offer. I would recommend Shelley and her team to anyone selling a home.
