For a lot of reasons, we have had to buy or sell a home multiple times over the past decade. We had decidedly mixed feelings about most of the realtors we used during this period, so when it came time to once again sell a house, I put a lot of thought into choosing my next realtor. I knew Spencer casually and his calm, thoughtful demeanor seemed ideal for a stressful transaction, but we were facing a buyer's market and an oversaturated neighborhood, so we needed someone good. His reviews were positive. His market statistics the best I found among the realtors I researched. His initial presentation was thoughtful and thorough. We gave him a tough condition -- get the house sold in 60 days or we turn it into a rental -- and he generously agreed. During the sales process, he actively pursued all angles to get us to a sale, then even supported some extra creative ideas we had in finding a buyer. He was responsive and helpful to all of inquiries. I seriously can't think of a single complaint. He got us the sale at a respectable price and handle a few unexpected curve balls with that same calm, thoughtful manner. Highly recommended!
